The (SFI) Pulse Jet Bag Filter:

On-Line:

In an online bag filter, the dusty gas is filtered simultaneously with the bags being cleaned row by row. A sequence controller automatically manages the cleaning procedure. This turns on the solenoid and pulse valve assembly that controls how air enters the manifolds. To achieve optimal cleaning efficiency, the holes are precisely aligned with the venturi centre through jig drilling.

Off-Line:

It combines the benefits of a reverse air baghouse with those of a pulse jet bag filter. Every section resembles a pulse jet bag filter found online. Each compartment is first isolated in turn, and then the isolated compartment is cleaned using compressed air. For light and fine dust where fluidization is a real possibility, offline cleaning is appropriate. For higher gas volumes, the Offline Bag Filter is typically used.

Regular Hopper Entry:

In its most basic configuration, the pulse jet bag filter is just the filtration components enclosed in a housing. A hopper with a discharge valve is located beneath this casing and is used to continuously remove dust that builds up on the bags. Structural legs support the entire unit off the ground. For maintenance purposes, the top of the unit can be accessed via a caged ladder.

The hopper allows the dust-laden air to enter either by positive pressure or suction (normal). While the lighter dust is carried upward to the bags, the heavier dust particles fall off at the entry itself.

Flush Mounted – Circular:

This bag filter is constructed similarly to an insertable bag filter, but instead of having a rectangular casing, this bag filter has a circular casing. As shown in the accompanying figure, the top cover may have a dished end that is used for high positive design pressure or vacuum, as is commonly the case in applications involving the venting of dumpsters or silos connected to pneumatic conveying systems.
