Asphalt Plant Bag Filter

The newest invention for high temperatures up to 220°C is the asphalt hot mix plant. In the field of dust collection for temperature application, these bags are frequently utilised. The filtration area that is desired can be accommodated by the different pleats and depths heights that these bags have. Compared to any conventional tube type filter bag, it offers surface filtration, which leads to a very high throughput and a lower pressure drop across the filter. Comparing pleated configuration to conventional bags, the filtration area is nearly three to four times higher.
